We strive for providing best services in the industry and ensure our customers receive value for money services and products. But there may be time and some reasons where you’ll need refund for services or products. This refund policy will try to cover all such scenarios. In case, any scenario is left out, we always do our best to give satisfactory resolution to our customers. We are in business of building trust by offering most customer satisfactory services.
- Cancellation: We expect atleast 24 hour notification to cancel or reschedule the work. We will issue full refund if paid already. If notified within 24 hour of starting the work, we reserve the right to decline request for refund or refund partially depending on our cost involved already in the work.
- Refund will be done through bank account or original card. Please allow 5-7 business days to settle in your back account/payment method.
